HOUR ONE

Tito Hernandez

The federal coordinating officer for FEMA, Tito Hernandez joins the show to share recent news about housing and FEMA assistance.  FEMA is working with state and local officials to provide services to residents who have been affected by the recent floods.

Greg Lafleur

Greg Lafleur is a former American football tight end in the National Football League who previously played for LSU.  Lafleur was also the athletic director for Southern University.  Lafleur is now running for Mayor and joins the show to talk some football and his campaign.

Joyce Burges

Burges is a former councilwoman and previously ran for Mayor of Baker, La. An advocate for home-schooling, Burges joins the show to explain her plans to provide education services to children who have been affected by the flooding.

James Moran

Associate Editor of Tiger Rag Magazine, James Moran joins the show to discuss the future of LSU football and Les Miles after losing to Wisconsin Saturday, September 3.

Former State Senator Elbert Lee Guillory is a candidate for Congress in Louisiana’s Fourth Congressional District.  Guillory joins the show with Jim to discuss his campaign and his little black book.

Cody Worsham

Editor of Tiger Rag Magazine, Cody Worsham, talks with Jim about the upcoming LSU football season on the eve of the Wisconsin game.  He predicts stats and possessions for the game and also mentions former LSU safety, Eric Reid, who sat during the National Anthem.

Moses Evans & David Diamond

JOP Moses Evans and Rev. David Diamond join the show to talk about the presidential campaigns.  They discuss the morals of both candidates on subjects such as race and sex.

Muslim activist and Director of Relief Services for the Islamic Circle of North America, Jane Aslam, joins Jim in studio to discuss how Muslims from around the country are in Louisiana to help flood victims after losing everything. Aslam converted from a southern Baptist to Islam while in college. 

Patrick Mulhearn

Executive Director of Celtic Media Centre Patrick Mulhearn chats with Jim in studio about his experience during the Great Flood of 2016 and the transformation of the movie studios into an evacuee shelter. 

Hour 2: 

Garret Graves

Congressman Garret Graves joins the conversation to talk about the impact the flooding had on southern Louisiana. Graves believes Louisiana needs a tailored recovery plan for this disaster because the damage was so extreme. He gives an update on the efforts to enhance the recovery from the flooding. 

E. Eric Guirard

Attorney E. Eric Guirard discusses the recent flooding with Jim. Guirard says he looks forward to helping people as an attorney during this time regarding flood zones and coverage of their homes. Guirard's home was one of thousands flooded during the massive rain event.

Dan Stein is the President for Federation for American Immigration Reform.  He joins the show on the day of Donald Trump's immigration speech.  Stein discusses immigration in the Election of 2016 and the United States today.

Meg Little Reilly

Masters spent more than six years as a top policy and communications advisor to U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu, running two successful campaigns.  He now works for a PR agency, Qorivis MSLGROUP and joins the show to talk about the presidential candidates and Louisiana's voting patterns.

Mary-Patricia Wray

Wray is currently working for Service Commissioner and Senate Candidate Foster Campbell.  She discusses the Senate race and the different issues candidates have to address in order to become elected for the position.
