Farleigh Cook Jackson from Preserve Louisiana and Phoebe Ferguson will talk about the Plessy and Ferguson Foundation. Phoebe Ferguson is a descendent of Judge John Ferguson from Plessy v. Ferguson, who ruled in the case.

Sally Stiel

Sally Stiel is a member of the LSU Alumni Association. Stiel talked more about Saturday's game being moved to the Superdome in New Orleans. Stiel is senior director of alumni engagement and marketing.

Jim Donelon

Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon talked about the importance of having flood insurance following the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.

Manuel Martinez of Martinez Custom Clothier joins Jim in studio to talk about his upcoming trip to Milan, Italy. Martinez also discusses his trip to Houston last week and how his car is stuck in Texas due to the flood waters from Hurricane Harvey.

Billy Nungesser is the current Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana. He was a guest on today's show discussing various topics. Nungesser has been Lt. Governor since being elected in 2016.

Attorney E. Eric Guirard and Melissa Flournoy will discuss Trump from opposite sides and weigh in on the flood in Houston. Flournoy will represent the left and Guirard for the right.

Jim Hock talked about his book Hollywood's Team: Grit, Glamour, and the 1950's Los Angeles Rams. Hock is the son of late Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman John Hock. Jim has also served as chief of staff to the US Secretary of Commerce and was a founder of a communications firm.

Adam St. Pierre

Adam St.Pierre is from the East Baton Rouge Parish Library. The Library will be hosting a Game Of Thrones extravaganza tonight. The finale of the show will premiere this Sunday on August 27th. 

Stephanie Phares

Stephanie Phares has been the owner of Zeeland Street Market for 25 years. She brought her two daughters Kirby and Kelsey and talked about her business and family.

Leo Chastant

Lee Chastant is the CEO of the new West Feliciana Hospital to open in one week. Chastant talked more about the 53,000 sq. ft. medical facility that was built in St. Francisville and will be available to the public on August 30th.
