Hour 1: 

Tyler Bridges

Reporter Tyler Bridges discusses the upcoming gubernatorial election. Bridges talks about Baton Rouge reporter Derek Myers, who was fired. Myers claims his termination was because he asked Sen. Vitter questions about his prostitution scandal. 

Jim and Tyler chat about Vitter and the election. Bridges talks about the differences between Edwin Edwards and David Vitter. 

Hour 2

Ben Bagert

Jim is joined by former senator Ben Bagert to discuss the governor's election. Bagert has know Sen. David Vitter. Bagert also talks about how Governor Jindal is doing in the presidential election. He comments on Donald Trump's success in the race. 

Marty Mule' 

Sports writer Marty Mule' joins the conversation to chat about attending the first New Orleans Saints game. Mule' remembers the plane crash that killed LSU Football Coach Bo Rein in 1980 before he could even coach a game.

Dale Brown is the former Basketball Coach for LSU.  He discusses Jeffrey Marx's new book, Walking With Tigers.

Edward Overton

Edward B. Overton is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences at LSU.  He discuss the LSU Lakes Project, the Water Campus, and what we can do now to benefit the water of the Capitol region.  

Derek Myers

Derek Myers was a Baton Rouge television reporter who was fired this past Tuesday from WVLA.  Myers says he was fired because he asked Senator Vitter a question about a "serious sin" <Vitter's Prostitution scandal>.

Jay Dardenne has been on the Metro Council and has served as State Senator, Secretary of State, and Secretary of State.  He has also served as Lieutenant Governor.  Now, Jay Dardenne is running in the Gubernatorial election against David Vitter, Scott Angelle, and John Bel Edwards.  He discusses the swiftly approaching election and his campaign.

Former WBRZ News Director Phil Oakley joins the show to comment about how journalism and shifted since he first go into the business. He is currently living in California. 

Oakley has written two novels, the second will be released in the next few months. His book currently on the market is titled "Telegram."

During his career he specialized in violent crime, narcotics, and fugitive investigations.  In addition to his books, Chuck is also an award-winning journalist, having written more than 700 newspaper and magazine articles.
