Tippi Hedren

The Birds star Tippi Hedren joins the show to talk about her book, Tippi: A Memoir.  Tippi talks about, The Birds and Marnie and some of her favorite and not-so-favorite moments while filmingHedren is an animal rights activist with a love for big cats.

Brian Curtis

After bombing of Pearl Harbor, the 1942 Rose Bowl was moved from Pasadena to Durham, North Carolina, out of fear of Japanese attacks on the West Coast. It remains the only Rose Bowl game to ever be played outside of Pasadena. In Fields of Battle, Brian Curtis sheds light on the teamwork, grit, and determination that took place on both the football fields and the battlefields of World War II.

George Morris

Morris is a writer for the Baton Rouge Advocate.  He recently wrote a piece about Pearl Harbor.  Morris joins the show to talk about the story and what it was like in Baton Rouge on December 7, 75 years ago.

Zach Williams

Zach Williams is from North Carolina and is writing a book about Bo Rein.  Williams recalls Rein's plane crash and talks about the LSU football coach that never coached a game.  The working title for now is 40 minutes to Baton Rouge: The story of Robert "Bo" Rein.
